This personal data protection policy describes how Suzie's gastro gang s.r.o., Company ID: 04525914, with its registered office at Kounicova 10, 602 00 Brno, (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") processes the personal data of visitors of the www.suzies.cz website.

We only process personal data that you provide to us through the reservation form, specifically:

  • first name and surname,
  • email address,
  • telephone number,
  • any other details you provide in the special requests section.

2. For what purpose we process personal data

We process your personal data only for the following purposes:

  • handling your reservation,
  • communication related to the reservation or service,
  • any follow-up contact in connection with the use of the service.

We do not use the data for marketing purposes unless you give your explicit consent.

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of proper organisation and communication with the data subject, such as:

  • sending confirmation,
  • sending organisational information,
  • handling any requests,
  • handling changes or cancellation of the reservation.

The legal basis for processing is in particular your explicit consent given when making a reservation pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose (completion of the meeting or appointment) for which they were collected.

Personal data may be processed by persons directly authorised by the Controller, or by internal departments responsible for administration of the reservation system. The data may also be accessed by technical services and IT support providers, always subject to full compliance with the GDPR.

  • are not transferred outside the EU.

  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to object to processing,

7. Final provisions
